MATRESCENCE LACTATION AND WELLNESS

LISTEN. VALIDATE. EMPOWER.

Nurse Practitioner and IBCLC Led Lactation and Postpartum Care

Motherhood changes everything - including YOU.

Matrescence….

………is the profound transformation a woman experiences as she becomes a mother. It can be beautiful, joyful, overwhelming, and incredibly hard…sometimes all at once. It’s a season of profound change - physically, emotionally, and within your relationships and sense of self.

And while so much attention is placed on caring for the baby, mothers deserve to be cared for, too.

You were never meant to figure it out all on your own.

With an IBCLC and Family Nurse Practitioner who has supported thousands of mothers, you’ll receive experienced, compassionate care centered around you, your baby, and your unique journey through matrescence.

Hi I’m Jess!

MORE THAN LACTATION SUPPORT

Compassionate, holistic lactation care with a medical perspective.

Feeding your baby is deeply personal, and when things aren’t going as expected, you deserve more than a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) provider, and Certified Infant Massage Instructor, I bring together medical knowledge, lactation expertise, and compassionate, holistic care to support both you and your baby.

I look beyond the latch to understand the whole picture—your health, your baby’s health, feeding, milk supply, postpartum recovery, emotional well-being, and your individual goals. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and confident in the care you receive.

You deserve more than a feeding plan.

My goal isn't simply to tell you how to breastfeed. It's to understand what is happening, why it may be happening, and what you need to do to move forward.

Because lactation doesn't happen in isolation—and neither does motherhood..
