A clinician-patient relationship begins only after Matrescence Lactation & Wellness, LLC has accepted you or your child as a patient and the required intake, consent, and clinical processes have been completed.
Emergencies and Urgent Concerns
This website and our discovery-call service are not monitored for emergencies.
If you or your child may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
For urgent but nonemergency concerns, contact your physician, pediatrician, obstetric clinician, or other appropriate healthcare professional.
Discovery Calls and Scheduling
A discovery call is a brief introductory conversation to discuss services and fit. It is not a medical evaluation and does not include diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment.
Discovery calls may be scheduled through Calendly. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and being available at the scheduled time.
Clinical appointments may be scheduled or managed through Jane or directly with the practice. Appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
We may reschedule, decline, or cancel a call or appointment when reasonably necessary, including when a request is outside our scope of practice, service area, availability, or professional requirements.
Fees, Insurance, and Payment
Prices, packages, insurance participation, and coverage information shown on the website are subject to change.
Insurance coverage and reimbursement are determined by your health plan and are not guaranteed. Verification of benefits is not a guarantee of payment.
