VISIT ONE — GETTING SETTLED
Within the first few days homeOur first visit is focused on you and your baby together. We’ll take a comprehensive look at feeding, latch, milk transfer, baby’s weight, your comfort, and any concerns you’re already noticing.
You’ll leave with a personalized plan for those early days at home—not a generic list of instructions, but a plan created specifically for you, your baby, and your feeding goals.
VISIT TWO — FINDING YOUR RHYTHM
Around 2 weeks postpartumNow that you’ve had some time together, we’ll reconnect to see what’s working, what isn’t, and what may have changed.
We’ll reassess feeding and weight gain, check in on how you are doing during this transition into motherhood, troubleshoot new challenges, and adjust your plan so it continues to fit your family and your goals.
VISIT THREE — GROWING TOGETHER
Around 4–6 weeks postpartumBabies change quickly—and feeding can change right along with them.
We’ll check progress, reassess latch and milk transfer as needed, work through new concerns, and make adjustments to help feeding become more manageable and sustainable as you settle into your new rhythm.
VISIT FOUR — LOOKING AHEAD
Around 8–12 weeks postpartumAs you move beyond the early newborn weeks, our focus shifts toward what comes next.
Depending on your needs and goals, we may discuss pumping, bottle introduction, returning to work, maintaining milk supply, creating more flexibility around feeding, or simply making sure you feel confident moving forward.
